Why you want to come here.

Santa Barbara is one of the most beautiful locales in the world with a very moderate winter. No snow or frost. Near some of the world best surfing at Rincon Beach. Our property is a 12-acre Organic ranch with ducks, rabbits, goats, horses, dogs and we have a few ideas of animals to add this year. Also I am an expert beekeeper with plenty of my own hives and many clients that I assist. For housing we have a self-contained gypsy wagon style tiny house.

Check out some of our awesome reference from my past interns.

What I am looking for.

Our family, my wife and I and a 10 month old need an extra set of hands. We need help with cooking, cleaning and watching our little one. The animals need to get feed and the winter garden needs to get planted. My tree nursery has missed me. I also need a hand with the bees from inspections to rescues. Ideal candidate would have experience with babies and a desire to learn and experience permaculture. If you have the enthusiasm I can teach. And if I don’t know it I am sure there is information in my large DVD and book library.

We are looking for a single person not couples or individuals with kids or pets. It would be best if you had your own mode of transportation. My daughter seems to get along better with females.

Hey Tomas! I am definitely interested, though there are two setbacks in my reply. I don't have a car to get around, and I honestly don't have loads of experience working with babies, mostly just caring for babies in my own extended family. But besides that I do have a lot of paid childcare experience, and patience, and have lived and worked in similar situations as this. I am a certified permaculture designer and traveling artist, and I have worked on permaculture and organic farm projects around Northern California, Mexico, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Portugal... I can email you my resume if you'd like to talk more!

It's hard to fight evil. The little things, like a nice sandwich, really helps. Right tiny ad?
