Hello Paul and all at Permies. This is not so much a request for advertising...yet, but wanted to bring you guys up to date on plans at my 7.5 acres in hopes of helping Paul in several ways. Some of what you are doing in Mossula, I hope to do in North Georgia. I see a few people working in certain aspects of Permaculture with Cobb homes and homesteading and growing organic, in places like TN and others in the south east, but what I want to do is take Permaculture and apply it to the hilly land I have using many aspects of Permaculture. We have one HugelKulcher bed already made, to a point, building the foundation of a straw/ cob home, using swales, want to install a pond between to hills, will raise goats, chickens, rabbits, geese for food, use solar for electricity, use stream for hydro-electric and plant a permaculture food forest for a self-suffiencient homestead. The hope is to be the Permies of the southeast. Would love to get some tips and guidance from Paul and others and perhaps a visit in the future. We are just installing the plumbing and working on the rubble foundation of the home at this point, so no space to stay yet. Hope to have a 4 bedroom home built in stages over the next 1.5 years. Thanks for reading.

Regards,

Rich
