i have heard of flour of flies, in a documentary on south america, that they use for one sort of tortilla. Intersesting, if you are in a tight spot you can always breed flies by hanging up a bit of rotten meat.
I think i have bought flour of flies too, for feeding baby insectivorous birds, it was certainly a black powder, it looked like flour of flies.
In Africa they eat something called the mopane worm, that is a caterpillar not a worm that feeds off the mopane tree. I found that out looking up the mopane tree because
bill mollison mentions it while he flies over Africa.
In france and spain they eat snails and i do too.
I would eat crickets too if i went to Tialand. agri
