I didn't see any references to Missoula specifically. Is it possible these houses are in another Montana town? Or maybe a rural area?

It would be interesting to see these houses in person and to stay in one. I'm surprised this sort of technology isn't more widely used. What are the drawbacks that make it less popular???

I know that this is one of two PAHS homes in the missoula area.  The author, John Hait, used to live here.

I would guess that the primary drawback is that it would be challenging to do this on a small, urban lot.
