We are moving again. We bought this place in Nov 2015 thinking we would be here a long time, but his job has other plans. So. For Sale: $181,900. 4 acres, workshop with a carport attached to it, 3 bdrm 2 bath house with a brand new massive pantry. Bamboo flooring. Open kitchen/living room/fireplace room. The fireplace is a ventless log set that is attached to a propane tank- Im pretty sure it can be converted back to wood, but it was like this when we bought. Granite countertops in kitchen, both baths have tile flooring. Attached 4 season room with 4 sliding doors, concrete floor- perfect to use for starting seeds.  Private well, old pole barn that has been partially enclosed- my horses used it as a run in shed. Rebuilt chicken coop- we tore the falling apart, rotting away original down to the solid frame and built it back up. Fenced and ready for critters, goats would love it.  Back area is fenced with redbrand horse safe fencing, in the front we used 5 strands of smooth tension wire- 2 of them hot, powered by a solar fence charger. Two sides of the property adjoin Millhaven plantation. There is a deer stand in the back field, we havent used it but it looks solid. Plenty of space for garden beds, existing pecan trees, fig trees, grape vine. We are going to use a realtor, finalizing paperwork tomorrow. I'll add a link once it is on the MLS system.

If you live in a cold climate and on the grid, incandescent light can use less energy than LED. Tiny ad:
