Hi there regional neighbor. I would love to connect with as a friend and a regional permaculturist. I would love to hear about your land project and share some of my experiences on 10 acres living in community. We too are looking for a renter. Its for an open tiny house of ours.

Happy summer

Welcome to Havn Hill and Discovery Culture, a serene and sustainable retreat center nestled in the rainshadow of Washington's Olympic Peninsula. This organic, ecological, permaculture-based retreat center and farm is a sanctuary for individuals looking to reconnect with the rhythms of the natural world.
We are a tiny house permaculture homestead and community. Recently we have become a retreat center hosting the permies. We are blessed to steward an amazing 10 acres with second growth forest and 2 year round streams. We do forestry, orcharding, poultry raising, gardening, superfood production, maple tapping, nursery work, herb growing, and park like landscaping. We host community here in various forms. We are strong entrepreneurs manifesting ways to generate abundance. We are very connected to our incredible regional community and often host events like apple pressing and cider production. Lots of projects are underway and planned for the future. The most recent one came to a conclusion last autumn. It is a stunning eco-conscious community bath house, complete with a wood fired sauna and ozone hot tub. Next up on our agenda is a tropical greenhouse and wood yurt temple and yoga deck.

Nestled within the lush landscapes of Washington State, our organic, ecological retreat center stands as a testament to the harmonious coexistence between nature and human endeavor. Embracing the principles of permaculture, our haven is a sanctuary where sustainability, mindfulness, and ecological stewardship converge to create a unique and rejuvenating experience.

We have a 2 story large tiny house for sale on our property. It is complete with a large cedar deck boasting a great view. It is hooked up to our septic system, electrical, internet, and well water. It was built 1.5 years ago on site using german building science and materials, metal framing, a tiny house chassis, and local woods. 3 large skylights in the ceiling are amazing. The bath room is spacious and boasts a Jacuzzi tub. Beautiful landscaping and bamboo surrounds the building.

The cost of the tiny house is roughly 170k and must be purchased by September 1st from the current owners. We are open to offering a long term lease to the new owners to provide long term viability and stability.

You may see the tiny home here: https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/876915998123672967?source_impression_id=p3_1693415899_I5rg1Ga8stBtRecG
It grosses 40k a year currently on airbnb and is available to continue this operation if the new owner so desires.

i agree, i am not asking anyone to join a community without full disclosure. i am simply trying to start an interest and connection. i am happy to talk on the phone with any one who  interested. having lived and worked in many communities i know it takes lots of time and connection to get to a point of partnering as a community. i am interested in both renters and long term community members. there are lots of plans and potential here. the location, the stream, the land is amazing. ultimately you;ll have to visit to understand.

please call

Vision
A farm and forestry collective designed to maintain food, water, and resource security for long term health of its members and our region. We aim to use mostly perennial agriculture and silviculture to establish an economically viable and low maintenance permaculture system. We seek to host a tight group of smart members to support and run the collective farm.

We are seeking to add new members to our collective. We are just establishing all of our invisible structures now and its a great time to get in early. we have some basics in so far in terms of infrastructure and people. We have great forested slope land with multiple streams. we aim to do lots of perennial ag, with lots of overstory nuts and chestnuts. We are seeking members like ourselves, that is extremely: drive, self motivated, skilled, passionate, financially abundant, and committed. We are seeking people specifically with plumbing, carpentry, milling, and handyman skills. We currently have people very advanced in these fields: livestock, horticulture, design, chef, business. We ask that all new candidates have their own housing that they would enter with.

We are seeking a couple, and ideally one with a child or two to move in this spring. We want them to help run this property and its projects. Thus we are asking for $250 of rent a month and 10 hours of work trade per month. Income sharing opportunities exist. Large garden and orchard that is shared for community use. lots of details to discuss. rv or tiny home needed to move in. fully utilities are ready.

there are a very large number of applicants; there are many people moving here and viying for opportunities. thus if you want to inquire you must submit a background/resume/statement of interest of some form to be considered. this is a very serious and consciously crafted position. please only apply if you are healthy, practiced in this lifestyle, and are ready to commit to a great community and project.
