hi the reason is the boar is very tame as his sister is and as we dont want them for meat thats why there not big pigs and very tame but i want to see if how i can get him done so he don't breed with his sister

i have been offered a boar hes 1 year old but hes related to what i have if i don't take him they are going to kill him ( yes i know its a pet i have) but i don't know how to neuter him or anything they get on great but i don't want them breeding any advice?
