I am a pet sitter who has watched 2 pet goats in the past. I fed and watered them in a fenced-in backyard. I did worry about them the property backed up to a wooded area. I worried about the coyotes. The owner eventually hired an overnight sitter. I wonder what in the world if just by chance when I made my evening visit a coyote was in the yard with the goats. Was I supposed to carry a gun? ( it never was discussed ) the owner never kept a guard dog. I am happy nothing ever happened.
