Where to Buy Flaxseed?

What flaxseed sellers do y'all buy from ? (Specifically for tall-growing flax that can be used for linen textiles instead of linseed flax or flax grown for seed production)

Is there a list of seed sellers that cater to the plant fibers community?
If there are sellers on the N. American west coast, even better for me.
