I'm attempting to share my love of Basil growing with the graphic novel reading demographic.

The plot centers around a shadowy cabal with a pesto kitchen and farm as its front. The basil mob uses virtual reality video games to recruit and indoctrinate unsuspecting youths into criminal entrepreneurship, in a post-apocalyptic hellscape of the 2222's I look forward to updating y'all as the project comes to fruition.

The way the HOA system works in the United States, the people here could be that cabal, indoctrinating people and getting them to garden, when the rules are clearly against it. But perhaps we're talking about more sinister criminal activity.

Here the Basil Planter is making soil blocks with a little piece of bamboo to poke holes for basil seeds!

Sinister Cooking? Or is it just pesto made from HUMAN FLESH! just kidding they are pecans, roasted with garlic and goat butter...

Protagonist James is asked in an AI mind-hell which of his actions were leading towards a earth-care outcome, the Snake of the Permaculture Designers Manuel is his inquisitor... As the virtual quicksand gets closer to his neck, james becomes slightly more nervous.
