Yep we are going to be in the North East in August and September We would like to get as many stoves and speaking engagements lined up as we can. We dont often get to go east so we want to make our trip count. We will post more details later as to where we will be however at this time we have Hampshire collage, New Forest Institute and Yestermorrow. We will try to get a spot at Common Ground Fair as well.
I would say that we will try to take as many invites as we can in the North East and East coast in general. Since we will probably have to drive Folks in the mid west should Also get a hold of us and we might be able to set up a few along the way.

I hope to have our greenhouse with a RMH, built by then. We are in western Pa and if you are driving through you are welcome to stop for the night. I want to experiment with a rocket stove for maple syrup this spring.

It's too bad you guys weren't coming out a bit earlier to make it to the North East permaculture convergence in mid-July!

We actually where trying to do just that but where told it was canceled. if you want us out for the NE convergence have a word with the organizers and see if we can be invited. do it soon so our schedule isnt full.
I dont think most of the organizers know we travel Ah well. I will let Erica know that its not canceled.

Looks like we are already booked in Washington state for that mid-July weekend. Would have loved to meet folks.

As far as the Eastern US -
We have a possible opening the first or second week of September for an event anywhere between Pittsburgh and Vermont. That could be upstate NY, Massachusetts, or anywhere along the eastern seaboard.

We have dates confirmed for Sept. 14-15 in Vermont (Yestermorrow), and Sept. 28-30 in Maine (Newforest Institute).
We may also have a workshop or intensive in eastern Canada the first week in October,
and then we're on our way back West.

Please let us know if anyone's interested in homestay hosting, private site visits, etc. while we are in the area.
Travel costs are steadily dropping, already well into the category of 'hey, that would be WAY cheaper than flying myself to the West Coast to take a workshop.'

Thanks for your interest,
Erica and Ernie Wisner

How about Rochester, NY? Any openings in your schedule? I could probably help set something up with one of our local permaculture teachers, or maybe even with one of our amazing local farmers' markets. I would love to meet you guys, and help spread your message in my area. I would be more then happy to help in any/every way to make this happen!
