Hello Permies. I am looking for
land outside of Gainesville Florida to start a little Homestead
permaculture garden etc. If it has a well that's great but the buyers will be living aboard their converted
solar powered Skoolie and have been for several years while building up their property slowly. I looked in the area of Hawthorne for them but it is a lot of driving around. They are hoping to find owner financed. Please let me know if you know of any such properties. Thank you Michael Turner
