I’m growing mangle beets for my pigs and milk cow. I also pick up scrap sugar beets after the farmer harvest. I was curious if any of you wonderful people have made a beet slicer  of some sort or bought one somewhere.

I suppose you've already found something to work Hank, but for future reference I've seen these locally in the croft museums:
