Fokin hoe blade

I think I had a knock off of one of these at the last place I lived. Looked very similar, but no where near as strong and durable looking as this one. This giveaway says Fokin hoe blade. Does that mean that you only get the blade that you have to attach to a handle, or does the handle come with?
