Hi All, very glad to finally be here. Thanks for all the great info available at permies, looking forward to learning and doing more.

We are a family of 5, husband wife and three kids under 10. Our immediate goal currently is to build a small kitchen from earthbags, around 6m diameter (and use it as sleeping space as well, temporarily. We have a bit of land in the mountains, and are trying to start this within 3 months. Hopefully to 'finish' by the end of the year. We have a group of families that we can ask for help, although nothing is confirmed. Our bit of land is 3 hours away from our flat, and we plan to move to the mountains while building the kitchen. Maybe rent something nearby while we build.

I've been reading up on earthbag buildings, but still very apprehensive about it. My husband and I are not very handy, so I suppose we will learn!

Anyway, hello to all of you out there!

Rahmi, welcome to the Permies forums! You've come to a great place to share your projects, ask questions, get answers, and enjoy the camaraderie of folks with similar goals. Have you found the earth bag forum yet? You will find all kinds of information and ideas there.
