Need Table 1 Mike Oehler's "$50 Underground House" book

I got Mike's amazing book from the library a while back and copied the engineering tables as I hoped to build one one day. But somehow I misplaced Table 1 of the engineering tables. It looks like it was on page 107. I tried to check it out from the library again but it looks like their copy may never be checked back in. Could anyone please share that page/table with me? It would be greatly appreciated as I am in the planning stages of my own build.

I have that book and page 107 with table 1 is missing from it. I wonder if a batch of the books were printed without the page.

Diesel, Try looking around page 46 in your book. I found a searchable digital copy online and found that page 107 is out of order.

What the heck, page 107 is between page 43 and 45 instead of page 44. Thanks!
I guess I should go through the book again and read instead of skimming.
