Hi, Thanks so much for your comment. I am a single woman with a huge library/archive ministry that I have been building for a long time. It was set up in Belfast for several years and now has been in storage. The focus of the archive is healing and recovery. My cabin/homestead has been my get away creative outlet and long term getaway but I don't live there all the time. All of a sudden (last month) it felt like I
should sell my cabin and start getting my library set up and catalogued and organized etc because I think it is going to be needed. I want to purchase a place that is more accessible and able to house all the
books and media as well as myself and other people to help. My cabin is fabulous, though I just got back from there and unfortunately my
greenhouse system collapsed under the weight of the snow this year. My friend Bill (who built the seed starting shed) has an action plan for fixing it but it isn't my top priority. I am on the edge of listing this in the regular real estate market, but would prefer to sell direct if at all possible. Let me know if you are seriously interested. Cheers.
