Hello from Sonoma County CA (looking for community!)

Hello All.
I am new to this community and the permie world! I am currently living in Monte Rio with my dog and attending courses at the CA School of Herbal Studies. After these courses I plan to dive more into growing medicine/food, permaculture design, off grid living, etc. and would love to find a community to live and learn with. I have lived on several landshare sites/ small communities and hobby farms and am looking to join something similar around Northern CA. Somewhere near Sonoma County or Humboldt County would be ideal. I currently have a full time job in Sebastopol but am not attached if I find the right opportunity. I am open to simple living structures, shared spaces, and work trade opportunities.
Ideally looking for a long term intentional community opportunity but am open to something seasonal starting in June.
Would love to connect with like minded folks and see where it goes..

Hi Jana, you certainly are in an amazingly beautiful place. If you’re willing to head a bit further north, I have property in southern Oregon, outside of Ashland. I’ve often likened this area to Sonoma county, with each little valley offering it’s own special beauty.
