I see multiple posts of people trying to source Carmine Goumi plants - but haven't seen anyone answer.

Does anyone know where these can be bought?

I'm interested places that ship to Canada, but I get the sense people in other areas would also appreciate some pointers.

Thanks in advance!

Wow, I spent about 2 hours today trying to find 'Sweet Scarlet' goumi bushes or any goumi bushes. I went to about 40 different websites including the 2 that were just mentioned, Ediblelandscaping and Burntridge nursery . And they don't have them! Sold out.... not available! Total bust. I couldn't find anyone that has them. Matt, please let us know if you find any. Thank you.
Happy gardening.

Thanks Debbie Ann and John.

Debbie Ann - I was able to get Sweet Scarlet goumi plants from Whiffletree (https://www.whiffletreefarmandnursery.ca/product/goumi-sweet-scarlet-1-2/).  They sold out within a couple days of opening ordering in January.  The two plants I got are doing well and I may have cuttings next year to share.  I'd also anticipate Whiffletree would get new supply for next Spring as well.

John - yes, seems like Sweet Scarlet and Carmine are two fairly popular cultivars.  In the US - Brambleberry seems to have some in Indiana (https://www.brambleberrypermaculture.com/2022/02/08/carmine-goumi-berry/) and I saw in a Youtube video that Edible Acres has some growing (https://www.edibleacres.org/purchase) in New York.

But no luck finding anyone selling Carmine north of the border.  If anyone comes across someone selling Carmine in Canada, please let me know.  Thanks!
