I’m going to be moving to Missouri and have my home available for sale.
It’s a 4bed 3ba 2100 sq ft home on 20 acres about an hour north of Spokane in Addy, WA.
I have the listing linked below but the things you won’t see in the listing is that I have excavated for a
root cellar right outside the back door, I have begun a food forest with a well established 25 foot
hugel in the garden (planted with mature asparagus as well as
perennial herbs and berries). Also, the
concrete slab under the woodstove is extra deep so someone could potentially put in a Russian/masonry stove if desired (or a
rocket mass heater would work well too).
Also - this particular home doesn’t need to be inspected, no permits, etc. Stevens County, WA allows a homeowner to build their own home (one per parcel, at least) free from inspections, permits, and all that red tape so you wouldn’t have a problem with alternative things like if you wanted to use a composting toilet, etc.
