hello everyone,
I have a degree in
Sustainable Agriculture, it included a certificate in
permaculture. I understand
permaculture in principle, but would like to use it more. My hero is
Geoff Lawton. I also have a degree in Alternative
Energy. I have previously worked on organic farms and was the lead gardener in a large community garden and I taught
gardening and composting. I am sometimes consulting for gardeners and farmers. I keep
bees. I'm particularly interested in
permaculture for its aspects of climate resilience and
carbon sinking. I'm currently homesteading on a small town property, but I have access to a farm, a community garden, and a new food forest
project. I am glad to share my areas of knowledge but I am also here to learn! I'm glad to hear from folks all over. 🌱
