Hello, Im trying to network in your community to find candidates for my farm manager job! Can you please forward this onto any groups/individuals you might know who would be interested? Let me know who I can reachout to. Thank you! Kevin

Hello, I have a 260ac farm in Augusta, Kentucky (in the Ohio River Valley). We have a tenant house in the middle of the property and we are looking for a long-term, mature farmer/family to come live on the farm. This person (perhaps along with their spouse/children) will handle the work of managing the farm. We will provide the equipment. Applicants need to agree to practice regenerative agriculture without using chemicals on the soils. We are looking to develop orchards, a garden, livestock (chickens, pigs, goats, sheep, etc). There are also many miles of trails and fence line that need maintained. Many other heavy equipment projects. We will workout the details after we decide the applicant is a good fit and what skills they want to develop.

Ideal applicants are mature and looking for a long-term commitment. Families are welcome. We also welcome applicants who have multiple income sources or pensions outside of farmwork.

Our goal is to have a functioning farm where we practice homestead level farming, improving the landscape, with ongoing enterprises.

Please find more details and APPLY on our website at https://www.b-runfarm.com/.
