Any permie type folks around?

I am a 46 year old single white male. I have a ten year old son,who lives with me in a small house in the country. I only rent, but have considerable freedom in what i do. Somewhat new to permaculture, as it is called, but not new to gardening, raising meat etc....

I am kind of a bald hippy, who while it would be cool to meet the beautiful hippy chick of my dreams, would just as much like to meet similar minded folks in my area.

Any rational folks in crazy land?

Brother Mick,

What a pleasure to see your posting!

I am around ninety miles from you in Great Bend, rational and I live on a small second year permaculture homestead. Still plenty to do, but setup pretty well already.

I have had an ad up on this section of Permies looking for a woman specifically, but I am just as interested in like minded friends. 'Crazy land' is right, but due only to my daughters I cannot leave, and I love my Kansas in spite of the crazies anyway!

Feel free to contact me at mor4humanity@live.com. I would love to chat and maybe even meet up!

Francis,
