I know that it is a purported no-no, canning bread. But B&M brown bread is obviously a bread that has been pressure canned. I have canned bread before and haven't shared it but I haven't gotten sick from it. Just to err on the side of caution does anyone know of a presure canned bread recipe that would address the issues with the possible botulism threat that we are cautioned about.

This is good to know... though I think I would prefer to can the ingredients separately, and make the bread fresh when needed.

The B&M lable doesn't show any added preservatives so it must just be the internal temp is brought up to the botulism killing temp guideline. They have been canning the bread since the 1920's so it isn't some new tech.
