id White fuzzy eggs beside dead cut worm?

On the kale leaves, if a cut worm gets near these white fuzzy eggs it's either dead or paralyzed. I'm leaving the worm in case maybe a wasp paralyzed the worm and then laid the eggs near by to feed them as they emerge? No idea really. Anyone know what these white fuzzy things are? There aren't many so I'm leaving them for now while I try to find out.

I think you're right on the parasitic wasps
I searched 'Braconidae pupae' on google images and it looks like your photo.
Those wasps are fantastic to have around.
I learned a lot about allowing things to do their thing when I had a bad cabbage white butterfly year: by the end of the season there were masses of caterpillars kind of 'melting', alongside little piles of white cacoons.
