I found some fantastic videos browsing Youtube on mango cultivars that grow in Florida. I needed to do a lot of homework and videos like these help me a bit. Either way, there is some good information in these videos. The top video is just a quicky on the flavor profiles of some popular cultivars such as the Edwards. The other videos are from a farm located east of lake Okeechobee.
