Going in a better direction, but now instead of mining the soil, they're just moving onto the next frontier and mining genetics and what have you. Interesting anyways though and a step up from annual ag I'd reckon.
Everyone should listen to PV podcast 57 with Phil Rutter. He had some harsh words for the Land Institute and their breeding program. He is attacking this problem in a very different way and has been for 40 years.
