Cob Workshop List?

We are interested in taking a vacation around the availability of a cob workshop or project we can volunteer on. Is there a central list of locations and dates? We would like to buy property in Arizona for our future project but have only narrowed it down to a northeast general locale. Does anyone know of zoning laws or restrictions in those counties? A Project in or within a couple hundred miles of that area would be fabulous!

Any thoughts, ideas or suggestions welcome. Long time lurkers in Permies but just now starting to put into plan and practice all we have learned here.
