Hi everyone. We have successfully hosted wwoofers, farm helpers and permies folks for four years in a row, and I'm definitely thinking this could work year round. We have a beautiful loft that with a bit of insulating could serve as a year round home for the right person or couple.

We now have three llamas, one quarterhorse, two weimeraners and five cats. Also, we have 80 beautiful acres in nearby VT just aching for a "hunting lodge" to be built ... so whatever you may be leaning towards, consider hitching your wagon up and visiting us this spring. Or even this winter!

Please see my other posts to learn more about us, or contact me directly at: photonicgirl@hotmail.com

We are also on wwoofers.usa

Thanks ya'll!

Jules

Hi again, everyone. I'm getting some emails from those of you who are really interested in our homestead farm opportunity. Here's the deal:

The land in VT will house a hunting lodge, for part time dwelling. It's a wild and wonderful place, close to town but yet remote.

Our land in NY is an active, homestead farm with plenty to do. We also have access to two pastures abutting our property that need to be prepared for the horse, as well as trails throughout the property. We are on a mountain, next to thousands of acres of woods and forest and streams. Pure paradise.

We do not have a paying gig to offer anyone, so if you do think this might be a fit for you, please have your own vehicle and some sort of income. We share food, kitchen, bathrooms and other housing perks here, although you'll have a private loft of your own which is a separate building from our house. The loft includes it's own composting toilet for comfort.

If you are interested, please contact me and follow up with a text or call when I send you my phone number. That way we can move forward.

Have a great day!
