Dave Ramsey has helped loads of people become debt free. We did his program and I must say I rather dislike him. He makes me budget. lol But we are debt free and it's really a life changer. Currently saving up to buy the 40 next to us, in cash. Debt free living, way under rated in this society.

My land and business are the visible portion of my net worth.

Much more valuable, are my good health and my knowledge base. Both of these things can be worked on and improved without money.
