can be permitted as a type of Masonry stove. If Your Code Enforcement officer is familiar with Masonry
Wood heaters, He will be interested in How the floor
is going to take the weight ! Then he is going to be interested in protecting all the Exposed elements of the area surrounding the stove - to include a super-dupper
Insulated chimney/ stove pipe !
The final Insulated Exhaust Chimney will probably be the most expensive part of your build ( If you Can do all the work yourself )
There is also a final in home inspection by Someone who understands the type of system you have ! You may have to import someone who is familiar with
a masonry type system !
