My name is William Neaves,and im new to permaculture I grew up on a farm in the blueridge mountains and now im looking at starting a permaculture farm/homestead on 161/2 Acres looking for ideas and suggestions on where to begin already have the land (if I don't lose it) its been in my family for 150+ years will be after the 1st of the year before I do anything still have to pay 12000 on a Lein before the 6th of January any suggestions and do i have any neighbors in the area

I had a mini novel written and tried to post it and lost it all not going through that again so short and sweet it's a beautiful forested piece of property it has several spring heads as well as Timber hoping to be able to save it still have a $12,000 lean against it that must be paid by January 6th
