I have a property I just bought and am in need of one person, preferably male, that would like to live on the property in exchange for helping out with developing the
land and building some small natural homes. Would like someone with basic construction experience/knowledge and would prefer someone with natural building and carpentry skills as well. Working with hand tools very ideal. We would develop the whole property and design it organically with
permaculture. Person must have a truck and be willing to get supplies in town when necessary. Seeking someone who would like to be in nature in a beautiful place and really enjoy working on the land. It can be short-term at first and if we get on and are both comfortable with the arrangement, long-term living could be an option as well. You would be free to leave anytime. No obligation to time. I have severe sensitivities to mold, chemicals, and EMFs (including wireless devices and wired). Person would not be able to ever have a cell phone "on" while on the property and would need to be happy living on the property without electric. This is a rural area so if you are a computer geek or techie person and need to be on electronics all the time, then this would not work for you. Business opportunities off the land could also be available. Due to my sensitivities you would need to only use organic Non-GMO products and only organic Non-GMO seeds, plants, foods, etc would be allowed on the property. I make my own soaps and products so you could either buy organic products that I'm not sensitive to or use mine. Seeking a cheerful positive person who likes animals and enjoys farm work.
No alcohol, swearing, smoking, chewing tobacco, etc. No perverts or weird oos. This would be a business/friend relationship only and I would not be comfortable around someone who had other intentions.
I am a Bible believer so I want to put that out there on case someone is offended by it.
We would start with putting in fencing, building some small natural homes, and then go on from there: gardens, spring/pond development, and much more available to do. Would be lots of fun for the right person.
I'm renting a house that is currently making me very sick so I need help with this ASAP.
