Income opportunity for running a permaculture farm

Hi,

I'm a permaculture farmer and also a real estate investor in Kentucky.  I have a dream of purchasing farm land for someone to run in my area and convert some mono crop farms into more restorative systems.  I feel confident this endeavor could be both profitable and good for the land/world.  I am personally doing as much as I can already, but I have the funds to purchase more land if I had farmers who were looking for land.

Any chance of you being interested in something near the National Forest near Roanoke,  VA  ? I have to go there to be near family. Wife and I are looking forward to the help, we are in IL now with a just turned 3 yr old and no family.  Also in long-term our plans are to start a perm farm with her sister and husband,  they have a little one as well a year behind our son that we would like to raise together since neither of us are able to have anymore. We are vacating our property on May 1st or they kick us out. 2008 hit us really, really bad. Thought this may be a opportunity to at least try...
