Hey everyone, a bit of a shot in the dark, but I have about 60ac of pasture that needs improvement, and hoping to partner up with an entrepreneurial farmer who's interested in managed intensive grazing.  Eventually we plan to establish an all-grass-fed creamery, but it'll be several years before we get to that point.  In the meantime, we're potentially interested in partnering up with someone who would run their own independent grass-fed meat (beef, sheep, poultry, etc...) operation on the land.

We're in Highland County, VA, up in the mountains (~3,000').  Property has a spring-fed water supply, electricity, Internet-access, an RV, fencing/cross-fencing and a barn.  Conveniently, there's Allegheny Meats nearby to process, but not-conveniently, we're up in the mountains a bit further away from markets.

Anyway, like I said, a shot in the dark, but if interested or have questions lemme know.

Cheers,
Mike
