And so much more. We are looking to find a land exchange situation. Two adults and two well behaved medium sized dogs.
We specialize in gardening and animal husbandry. We have ten plus years experience selling at farmers markets and fairs.
Looking to find an already established farm to add our skill set to. Looking to be able to garden and farm asap. We do have basic building knowledge and basic mechanical knowledge but not our strong suit.
Please contact us for more information.
Thank you in advance.

Hi! We are about to post a "business" opportunity that might interest you. We are starting a farm that we would like to be basically a "teaching model" for people who want to come volunteer and learn bio-intensive mini farming/permaculture. We purchased a beautiful 100 acre farm in the mountains of Costa Rica with this in mind. We would like to provide the land, support, guidance and renovations to create this program, but because of health and other time issues, can not actually do the day to day running of the program. We are looking for a smart dynamic person or couple, who would like to be the program director/s. We can help set up all aspects of the program with this director and then they would run the program. After farm expenses are met, the income from the program would be divided between the director(s) and us, in order to pay us back for the renovations first, then some basic rent of the land from the program afterwards. The director(s) would be given a room in the main cottage,  free of rent while developing the program and once it is fully going, the director can use farm funds to feed themselves and also pull a good income. Our interest in this program is to make some dent, however small, in the fight towards correcting our enormous environment challenges. We are passionate about this idea. Teaching people to build soil and feed themselves in an environmentally friendly way! Let us know if you are interested and we can talk. You guys sound awesome!     Kat and Jeff  contact us at VistaHermosaFarm@gmail.com     if you are interested or would like more info!

I am in southern VA and have farm manager(s) position open. During winter.months, it's plenty warm in the greenhouses where we start veggies & herbs. We are permaculture based, certified organic and certified biodynamic. Please check out our website.  Either way- best of luck in findoug the perfect next spot.
