Hey everybody, we are looking for a new home or farm with some nice land for some alternative /sustainable living and creating... We could for instance connect with communities who might want to sell or rent out something for us...Or we could buy/rent in areas where there are some other communities/permies living. If you have anything in mind or any suggestion, please contact me... thanks

Hi

i run a campground in clausthal- zellerfeld and over the street i have a poperty im developing. The campground is for permanent campers (dauercampers) in bauwagons or trailors 60 euro per moonth. anyone keen to help out on the farm would be given a fair share of the harvest. im also looking for people interested in earning an income big or small from my property so i would help you out and help source materials for anything needing to be built. like my partner, who is a wood worker, uses the barn as a workshop and another camper makes regular hikes with tourists to gather wild herbs. i have an open room in my home that seats 15 for workshops and space outdoors as well. if you want to visit us and meet some of the other campers, short stays are free. Im not sure exactly what you mean by being creative but there are plenty of opportunities to sell artwork in the region but not many music venues. We have a small stage on the campground and a lot of us make handcrafts, if thats what you meant. Ive posted a lot of fotos on this site if you want to have a look.
