Tonight we had an excellent dinner! Maple dijon ham, roast chicken, salt and pepper roasted potatoes (my favorite) as well as the first greens picked from the berm tossed into a salad, there was also roasted cauliflower and fresh bread!

After the workshop we had a movie night during dinner. We watched Alone in the Wilderness part II Dick Proeneke is really an amazing man! After dinner we had a short class lead by Patricia ,who is a physical therapist, on Kinesio tape for treating pain.

Two of the gappers Renee and Connor took some time to put in a stone lined drainage ditch for our water hydrant. The ditch ends in a micro swale with a willow tree planted in it.
