High-school homeschool teacher available

I'm an instructor with decades of teaching experience: am interested in starting a home-school for off-gridders with older kids aiming for college. Now retired, would like to homestead and use my considerable experience to help others. Any ideas or interest in this?

Online classes or a school house? Any area/country or open to anyplace? Would you like to join a community of homesteaders?

I'd like to join a community, have a little schoolhouse, perhaps homestead with one or two like-minded mature women. Definitely open for suggestions!
