Hi,

I am staying near Manikgonj, Bangladesh with some people who are building a bamboo structure on some land they have purchased for a "natural farming" project.  They are eager to know about permaculture.  I am from Canada and am showing my friend this forum.  Perhaps there are people on here that can give him some ideas for how to proceed.  They have a shop selling organic produce in Dhaka, and are making connections with the local villagers to encourage them to transition from conventional to something more sustainable.  His email is delowarjahanbd@gmail.com.  Mine is contact@connectr.ca.  I think even if you aren't from near here but live in a similar area (river delta with alluvial soils and tropical monsoon climate), any ideas would be welcome.

cheers !

I'm thinking about a new battle cry. Maybe "Not in the face! Not in the face!" Any thoughts tiny ad?
