Hello, I am new to Permies. I currently keep chickens and bees, and am looking to start raising a little beef on our little place. I have two pastures that I want to plant for really good grazing as I want to raise fully grass-fed beef. I have read some Joel Salatin, but didn't find out what sort of mix is best to plant. If any of you have a book or article recommendation for me, that would be great. I live in rural Illinois, if that makes a difference.
