as long as you're cooking the mushrooms, you should be okay. also, B12 has no know upper tolerable limit, which makes it very safe. also no known side effects.

A ketogenic diet has been shown to be super beneficial for people with diabetes. it's basically an ultra-low carbohydrate diet, higher in fat, moderate in protein-- this allows your body to burn ketones and fat for "fuel" instead of carbs (sugar). This in turn stabilizes blood glucose (blood sugar) and insulin sensitivity, which is the big problem for those with diabetes.

As for the ulcer, I've heard good things about the use of a root extract called Cissus, which has been used in Ayurvedic medicine for thousands of years for many health treatments. Not sure of the research on it, so look it up, and of course you should always consult your naturopath or doctor before implementing anything new. Good luck!

High nitrates don't matter too much but high nitrites are toxic. Sea salt can help mitigate. There's a ratio I don't have handy but I can look up.

Don't feed at all till ammonia is 0.

^^ I use this one too. great resource. I'd like to know more about the sea salt ratio though, if you can find it.

I donated to it! Might take a long long time to get set up and working, but the energy possibilities are amazing! I truly hope something comes of this!
