I saw a link to this post on FB, and I am excited to see another person in the Flathead in a similar position to me! My family moved here from the NoCal Coast late last Spring. I have been trying to find my new permie tribe since I arrived. I am attending Michael Pilarski's class this Friday, and hope to meet some folks there. I would love to network and learn more about Permaculture. I took my PDC back in NoCal, and loved every minute of it. I am using much of what I have learned to develop our little farmstead here in the Valley. I would love to share my knowledge with others and continue to add to it as our family moves toward homesteading as a way of life. I see there is so much to learn, and am very eager to get my hands dirty! Mary Powell (and Mary James for that matter!) - I would love to meet you - maybe we could have some tea at one of our homes and chat. I'm not super tech-savvy, and prefer in-person contact, but am happy to have found this site. I had the pleasure of meeting one of Paul's interns at Tum Tum this fall, and love watching things fall into place!
