I use a grater for my butter which is frozen.  Flour and water is ice cold.  Shells are cold before being put into the oven.  Makes for a fine flaky crust.

I use Surejel for all my jellys and jams.  I have a time finding arrow root so I don't worry about it.  Love using honey .

I like deep dish Apple pie although  I like pie of all kind.
