One word: popcorn.
I am currently limiting my salt intake, and when I do up a batch of air-popped corn, I melt unsalted butter with roughly a tablespoon of spices. Top fave now is Mama Manje from Spice Tribe: green bell pepper, onion, thyme, cinnamon, garlic, ginger, habanero, and star anise. Very small amount of Himalayan salt to top (less than a quarter teaspoon) after thoroughly mixing in the buttered spices. Can't go wrong with your favorite spice blend on popcorn. 🙂
