Hi all,
My food forest is moving forward s l o w l y. I started a few seedling last year when I put some base fruit trees but then hit some road blocks and the area went wild without me. I know there were a couple of amaranth seedlings planted during that time. Now this plant has emerged here and there. It looked like a bright red amaranth "flower" for awhile but now greener versions are appearing.
The thing is that it doesn't really look like an amaranth in many ways.
Does anyone know what this is? It is now popping up all over my land, so I am not sure there is any connection between my attempted seedlings and this mystery.
Any insights would be appreciated.
