Loretto, are you still on permies? I don't see any posts from you for over 3 years. My family are from the Bucks area along the Delaware River and have been looking for property to settle with a permaculture mindset. We plan to place a sustainable passive home that we can pass on to our daughter and the next generation. I was hoping you could share some insight.
