I’ve heard really good things about toast masters. I had trouble with public speaking and a teacher told about them and swore it was the best cure. Of course I procrastinated and never joined and eventually got over it as I got older.

In my professional opinion, I do believe that this anecdotal evidence is substantial enough to come to a scientific conclusion. Let us ere on the side of caution and take several doses of barley soda before, during and after exposure to potentially dangerous insect bites. 😂

If you have a pond I would recommend using duckweed as fodder. My chickens go bonkers for it and it is actually incredibly high in nutrients. I learned this from Takota Coen and I believe he feeds his livestock duckweed. He’s got chickens, pigs and cattle, on a larger chunk of land in zone 3 near Edmonton Ab. Check out his YouTube!

I’m also zone 3 east of Edmonton Alberta and we have a forest of indigenous hazelnut bushes. We’ve lived here for 16 years and I’ve been obsessed with how the heck to beat the squirrels to harvest day. So far I’m stumped
