I have a silk mimosa which is my favorite tree. It lies in next to a path to a shed that I no longer want and am going to be using as part of a new chicken coop. that being said. I want to start a new fruit or nut guild under the oak  between the mimosa and the two guilds would overlap a little.  I was wondering what tree you would put there as they would be catercorner from each other.  and what plants to put towards each.  I don't rake these areas and I will be establishing a drip line by spring. and will be part of my outdoor laundry area so I don't need a ton here  I do plan to use this area for feeding the chickens and future quail. but would like some people's food too. and anything that will benefit the mimosa and anything that needs a lot of nitrogen mimosa is heavy fixers.  So something that needs nitrogen maybe tree-wise or another nitrogen fixer I could make this my tomato pepper area if need be it does get a lot of light just indirect which is good in our 100-plus-degree summers. they would be about 20 ft away from each other I believe.

So I am in zone 9a northern California. I almost grow tropical stuff. I want to create a greenhouse on my side patio right outside my door with an outdoor soaking tub to water it all in it would be about somewhere between 10 and 16ft wide I believe it is 16 ft though. three sides with one being the wall being my house. I would love to grow vanilla vine orchard for sure.  Maybe a pot of sugar can I believe it would top out at 9f depending on how I shape the greenhouse and what materials I can scavage. That being said before I take years gathering up materials I was wondering what could I do that is mostly off-grid to keep it from getting too hot or yet hot enough in the winter. what plants would but in it dwarf potted trees I am guessing I could have no more than two for the plans I have as it would be a multipurpose location as I said I am building an outdoor tub but it will double as a table surface when not in use. it is less than I believe the space is 16 x 25 ft I lost all my zone notes so I will have to remeasure but it is not too far from these I just need plant ideas preferably a container garden and a dual-purpose water feature if I need humanity up?
I cant buy a book at this rime so thank you so much for providing links too.

I am in need of a composting toilet while repairing my bathroom I know how-to make but my question is is human manure actually safe after it is fully composted. Also can one add yeast or septic enzyme to it it to make break down faster more complete it will be in use for a few months I believe. I have read never to put it on food items I have herd compost one full year and 2 years than it totally safe. So confused.

We living in a small town suburbs and have some small chickens. My daughter wants to start a fodder system as we about to quail and other things too. So my question is where on earth do you get bulk grains. I have read so many articles and post claiming prices as little as 7 dollars for 50 pounds bags of wheat and ten
N for barely. I am not finding anything cheaper than 80 online. I am not expect under ten but the cheaper the better. She wants to mix grains but will start out with one type. I just don't even know where start looking.
