I have heard that you can make pretty decent arrowheads with bones
you would probably need a small saw, some sandpaper and a file/belt sander/grindstone
It would take a lot of effort and practice however
You could also make a sword
you would need pretty much the same things as the arrowhead and you would just need a good long bone
